The service was great with parking on site. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was just next door to shops, Metro train station Gold Line and restaurants.

The location of the venue is convenient, close to Pasadena, Metro train station and supermarket, bus stand and metro. Furthermore, it is 2 miles from the touristic places like a historical Victorian cottage.

Woken up at 3 a.m. by loud screaming and a chaotic situation next door made for a terrifying night. The lack of responsive front desk service left us underwhelmed despite the initially decent appearance of the hotel.

Great for families needing a break

The hot tub and sauna were lifesavers after a long day; we soaked in them late at night and it was just what we needed. Plus, the breakfast lady served up eggs, ham, and fresh fruit every morning which set our spirits right; I mean who doesn't love a good breakfast to kick off the day, right?

A bit pricey, but honestly worth the comfort and amenities.

The standard single room had more space than expected, with a comfortable bed and plenty of natural light. The kitchenette, though small, was a pleasant surprise. The misleading photos was good. While the breakfast buffet was delicious, the lack of daily cleaning services and fresh towels detracted from the experience.
